A perfect resting day

We stayed in Noams hostel "Lowest place on earth", which was a perfect location for us on our resting day. Daniel who made Aliyah from Colombia 30 years ago and Noam prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. Afterwards I was reading the bible and prayed.

We used the time to have a Shvil 2020 team meeting.

We had some exchange of feedback after the first week on the Shvil. Then we read some scriptures, prayed for the people of Israel. Another important part was the planning of the next days on the Shvil. We talked about each section which are laying before us, about the amount of water and food for the next four days in the desert and special highlights of each day. Some super highlights of the Shvil are coming down the road - we will hike through the "Small Crater - Maktesh Katan" tomorrow and onWednesday we will have the hardest and maybe nicest day on the Shvil, the hiking of Mount Karbolet.
We are facing the challenges with a lot of respect but also joy.

The rest of the day we used for relaxation, talking with our beloved ones at home and shopping of all the food and drinks for the next four days.

Noams hostel was perfect for us. We were the only Guests and we had the garden and outside seats for us. We enjoyed the relaxed and quiet athmosphere very much.
Amis Shakshuka from Friday inspired us to cook it ourselves.
We enjoyed our dinner at home and invited Noam our host for dinner, so all of us had a nice evening and we invited him to visit us in our home town Nuremberg.

Now everything is prepared for another great Shvil weak, stay tuned!!!
