1. May: Baptist village, Jews for Jesus, Bethlehem

Today was a very intense and busy day. We started the day going to Petach Tikvah to the so-called Baptist village. This property in the green was bought by the Southern baptist church of America in 1948. An orphanage was established for many years.
Now the only discipleship school in hebrew Lech L'ach language in the land of Israel is located here. This school was founded in 1999 especially for young adults mostly after they leave the army. The duration is approximately 3 to 3,5 month. The teachers are mostly pastors of the Messianic congregations. They also do hikes or trips to biblical places as outreaches. More than 200 students already finished the school. The Philippus Dienst donated two mini busses to the school for their outreaches and trips.

After lunch we went on to Tel Aviv to visit the Jews for Jesus. This is an evangelistic ministry to reach the Jews with the Gospel of Jesus. We heard the amazing life story of Yoel how he met Yeshua supernaturally. The Philippus Dienst also supports this organization.
Then we had to hurry to go to Bethlehem. We were going up to Jerusalem and crossed the checkpoint to the terrietories. Right behind the wall we entered Bethlehem. We stayed in the guest house of the Bethlehem Bible School.
